Graphics & Flyers

Can I send you my own graphic?
Yes – please make sure it is high quality and is legible and designed at actual size. Text smaller than 7 pt is generally not legible. Preferred format is .jpg or .png at a resolution of 300dpi and does not require scaling down.

Can you design an advert for me?
Yes, a simple one – let us know what you want it to say, any colour scheme you’d like, and send us an image file of your logo, if you have one. Think about the space you have and don’t try to squeeze in too much – the advert needs to convey the key information clearly.

What is meant by “Insert and deliver printed flyers”?
The advertiser supplies fliers that are already printed. Our printer will insert them within the pages of Sedgefield News, which will then be delivered by our team of volunteer deliverers.

How many flyers do I need to supply?
A minimum of 3400, please. Note, this volume is bespoke and most printers will have standard stock volume’s, plus you are responsible for your own printing supply.

Where do I deliver the printed flyers for insertion?
Please contact adverts@sedgefielddevelopmenttrust.co.uk and we’ll direct you to our printer.

Can I change what my advert looks like?
Yes, as long as you supply the artwork ready to use and it must arrive before the copy deadline.

Can I change the size of my advert?
We appreciate that people’s business needs change, so you can change the size of your advert if you require. Note, there is limited advertising space available and your request may not be possible.

Could I have a regular news item in Sedgefield News?
