SEDGEFIELD CARELINK offers a range of 24 hour 7 day a week community alarm services to over 8000 people across the Sedgefield Borough and other parts of South Durham.

These services provide support which helps potentially vulnerable people maintain their independence in the community. Customers are primarily elderly people, but also include a growing number of people of all ages.

A simple to use pendant alarm system means that assistance is readily available, 24 hours a day.

At the touch of a button, customers are connected to one of the Carelink response centre staff who offers appropriate support.

This can include contacting a family member or friend, or if necessary providing support at home via a Carelink Mobile responder or, alerting the emergency services.
