Over 15 years of age, girls have the choice of becoming young leaders and train towards Adult Leadership with Rainbow, Brownie and Guide Units or become Rangers between the ages of 15 to 25.

Here they develop their sense of adventure, partake in service projects, both home and abroad, and study for the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme.
